The facility also serves as a regional center housing the electronic medical record system that connects and supports all nine medical offices in the greater Sacramento region. HVAC system operational requirements were very stringent at the exam and procedure rooms, requiring precise air pressurization, balancing and control. 3QC was instrumental in establishing test procedures to verify that these requirements were met as well as adjusting building pressurization control sequences to meet off-hour building functional requirements.
