About WCS/Ca
Established in 2003, WCS/Ca, Inc. provides consulting services to public clients throughout the state of California. We specialize in assisting clients with quality assurance through all phases of the project cycle, including facility planning, management, LEED, CHPS, compliance programs and building commissioning services. Our team has practical experience in all phases of a project including planning, design, construction, functional testing, operations, maintenance and training. We are members of both the Building Commissioning Association (BCA) and the US Green Building Council (USGBC).

WCS/Ca is currently working with dozens of public clients throughout California in the capacity of either Commissioning Agents or Facility Consultants where we are providing construction consulting expertise in the construction of energy efficient buildings, the use of sustainable construction (LEED®) and comprehensive commissioning services. Our scope of services varies from client to client, but our focus remains consistent; we help our clients with the development of their project requirements (OPR), we communicate these requirements to the project team and we monitor the project to ensure that these requirements are met.
